Checkride Form

Once you have a checkride date scheduled, please fill out the checkride form. 

After you have completed the checkride form, email the form to schoneaviationllc@gmail.com

Authorized Aircraft

I do not conduct checkrides in small side-by-side aircraft (e.g., C-150).

For safety of flight and proper weight and balance, these aircraft are not suitable.

Tandem aircraft are acceptable with prior approval.

Weight & Balance Details

For weight and balance purposes, I am 205 lbs. Please have weight and balance done prior to the start of the checkride.

Aircraft MUST be within weight and balance limitations in order to fly.

• Current FAR/AIM

• Current Airport/Facility Directory​

• Pilot Certificate

• Medical Certificate

• Completed FAA Form 8710-1, IACRA Finished

• Airman Knowledge Test Report (if applicable)

• Logbook with Instructor's Endorsement

• Letter of Discontinuance (if applicable)

• Notice of Disapproval (if applicable)

• Approved School Graduation Certificate (if applicable)

• Examiner's Fee (Cash, Venmo, or Check)
