Instrument Checkride

Scenario: 

Plan an IFR cross country to Duluth. The weather in Duluth is 1000’ and 2 sm visibility. Plan to bring a 205-pound passenger for your trip. GPS direct routing is fine but be prepared for a departure clearance issued by me. (Simple heading and altitude to a fix and then direct KDLH).
